Isaiah 55:3-4 (NIV)
Give ear and come to me; listen, that you may live. I will make an everlasting covenant with you, my faithful love promised to David. See, I have made him a witness to the peoples, a ruler and commander of the peoples.
WORD:
God is the king of all kings. The creator of the very breadth which gives us life. Whether you believe or not, sinner or righteous, pagan, Christian, Muslim or Jew, you exist because He has permitted it. He has extended an invitation to you so he can have a binding contract with you regarding His faithful love. David was far from a perfect man as he faced the same predicaments we face today but he was protected and preserved by the loving heart of God Himself. God is a covenant keeper who takes no delight in breaking His promises because he has no need of anything but to see you do well in every facet of your life. He made David king and crowned him with glory and wealth. No eyes have seen nor entered into the heart of men what God plans for you. Just come boldly and listen, for He speaks.
PRAYER:
Open my eyes and ears so that I may hear your voice and walk according to your instructions. Bless my heart and crown me with your love. In Jesus’ name I pray.
