Jealousy is like cancer in the bones.
WORD:
Jealousy generally refers to thoughts or feelings of insecurity, fear, and concern over a relative lack of possessions. Jealousy can consist of one or more emotions such as anger, resentment, inadequacy, helplessness or disgust. (Wikipedia). Absolutely nothing stated in this definition conforms to promises and assurances offered to a believer by God’s word. Jealousy will eat you to the very core of your nature and destroy the very meaningful relationships you seek to protect. May God bring trustworthy people into your life and may you find love and contentment.
PRAYER:
Deliver me O Lord from the shackles of jealousy and help me discern genuine and trustworthy people so I can fulfill that which you have destined for my life. In Jesus’ name I pray.
